Help- gladiator, assasin

I have problem. I download graphics - gladiator and assassin (The Hell: Gladiator GFX v1.01, Part I
The Hell: Gladiator GFX v1.01, Part II , and The Hell: Assassin GFX v0.03 ). And I have stuffed in them to Folder "the hell", but when i have opened game, graphics have not set. Please, i need help, as stuff in graphics have set they in order to? I apologize but it is weak my english  I use translate.pl

OK!!!  There is folder without addition diablo: http://img380.imageshack.us/my.php?image=diablo12bv5.png This is folder hellfire + the hell http://img293.imageshack.us/my.php?image=diablo13rl2.png HELP!

So should be in an ideal (clean installation).

One question beguile, give these graphics? Shows armors gladiator, assassin and? Other Armor( or plate?)

radanat, Not absolutely. At assassin armor colour varies, and at the gladiator is displayed two blades or two maces.
