Well obviously there are a few things like your youtube vids, optical illusions to look at, maddox and his best page in the universe, lots of games to play (tower defence games rule and so does stickrpg), tv programs like southpark & prison break, youtube downloaders to download those youtube vids, news sites and such things... Of all things I can think of this is one of my favourite and many people probably have never heard of it before.

It's sort of a blog, but much more of a diary or a diary-editorial hybrid thing.
Well just open it and take a read you'll quickly see if you like it or not, also start from the first entry and work your way through one at a time. ^^
I really would like to find some good ebooks to read.
